Chris made the whole process very easy. We were moving from San Jose, California and we didn’t know a lot of the various areas of Scottsdale. Chris sent me hundreds of listings in various neighborhoods and that helped us to select the right one for us settling on North Scottsdale. We narrowed the search down to about 35 homes and I flew to Scottsdale and for three days we looked at homes. We narrowed it down to 6 homes and my husband flew in and we chose our new (perfect) home that day. We put in an offer, it was accepted and the entire closing process was extremely easy. Chris was always available to answer any questions and we were extremely impressed with his responsiveness. Chris did a great job during the negotiations and inspections. Reports came quickly and things were resolved quickly. He has great knowledge of the Scottsdale area and if you are thinking of moving here he will definitely help you find your dream home.
