Troon real estate is just north of the DC Ranch community, wrapped around the northern foothills of Pinnacle Peak. There are many restaurant and shopping options available within the area, as well as the surrounding communities of DC Ranch and Grayhawk. The popular Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarters, and Desert Ridge Marketplace are just a few of the places a short drive away that provide many stores and restaurants to choose from. The Loop 101 freeway is easily accessible and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about a 45 min drive.
