Desert Mountain is a private golf community that is based around six Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses. Many of the homes line the pristine greens and offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. There is a wide range of housing options, from small attached two-bedroom “lock and leave” cottages to large luxurious custom estate homes that sit on the foothills. Since Desert Mountain borders Cave Creek, residents can also easily enjoy the many stores, restaurants and art galleries that the quaint downtown area offers. The community is also not far from the many retail stores and restaurants offered at Desert Ridge Marketplace, CityNorth, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarters. Carefree Hwy is minutes away and the Loop 101 Freeway is easily accessible.
Children in the area attend schools within the Cave Creek Unified School District.
