About the recent upgrades... Please see the separate Summary of Recent Upgrades in the Documents section for details. The current owners bought the home in April of 2019 as a full-time home, expecting to be in it for many years. It was a nicely equipped and finished home when they bought it, but they proceeded to make numerous changes and upgrades to the home in anticipation of enjoying those changes for a long time.
