Current Owners believe the prior owner replaced the roof and AC around 2002, but not completely sure. The home is being sold As-Is, mainly cosmetic work is needed, the home is very solid -- All block construction (excluding the rear addition off the dining room - currently used as an office). You could make the home "good/decent" for 10-15k, but to many, it really needs a full remodel -- which would run approximately 25-35k depending on what you do. Current owners replaced both bathroom vanities, but, didn't replace showers/floor, hardware, etc. This can be done by the new buyers with their own personal choices!
