Since this is a short sale, there are 3 conditions the owner wants to be sure prospective Buyers are aware of:
(1).There are currently 2 small leaks (one over garage entry door, one at the extreme NW corner of the Great Room) and a recent roof inspection found the underlayment to be deteriorating, probably needing to be replaced in the near future.
