Cheryl went above and beyond in helping us find our home even when we were living in another state. She was flexible in accommodating our schedule when we came to visit and was always keeping in touch with us while we were away. So helpful in every aspect! Couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

We recently purchased a house in Scottsdale and used Chris Park as our realtor. We had a fantastic experience! We live in Chicago, and bought a home which will serve as a winter home now, as well as a retirement home in a few years. I first met Chris about two and a half years earlier at an open house and he offered to send us real estate listings for homes that met our criteria. After about a year of receiving these listings, I asked Chris to take us off the email list because we weren’t even close to buying. [read more]So he did and then about 3 months ago, we asked him to put us back receiving real estate listings and we planned a trip for him to show us the homes. When we were having a hard time wading through so many listings, he fine-tuned the search criteria for us and we selected 14 homes and flew out to AZ to spend two days going to see these houses. We got to see all the houses we wanted, plus a few more and Chris gave us great information on the neighborhoods as we traveled between showings. We decided to put a bid in on our favorite and just closed in the last few days. During this whole process, Chris was very responsive, responding quickly to texts and emails. Everything went very smoothly, so we are very thankful. What was especially helpful was that Chris and his firm had lots of referrals for us to contractors that we need. When the inspection turned up a need for a roofing quote and a cement contractor, he had people he could call on to give us a bid. Since we are from out of state, his ability to recommend contractors, cleaning services, and the like made this experience so much easier.
