Its "hacienda" style architecture makes for a very private enclosed back patio space, with a water fountain, a fireplace, and a built-in barbeque. Its architectural style is Spanish Colonial, and it is an open, "Great Room" floor plan. It has three bedrooms, three full baths, and one powder room on the main level, and a one-room casita on an upper level, accessed by a set of exterior stairs from the enclosed back patio. It was built in 2007 and is in excellent physical condition. One of its nice features is views out into grassy areas with some trees, a relatively unusual feature for the Haciendas.
