Tatum Highlands is located between Tatum Boulevard to the east and 40th Street to the west, and north and south of Jomax Road. Shopping: Nearby shopping centers include two large centers at the intersection of Cave Creek Road and Tatum Boulevard, which are home to Fry’s Food & Drug Store and Safeway, along with several restaurants and smaller retail stores. Three more commercial centers are also in this area, include Tuscany Village, Shops at Tatum Ranch, and Shops at Dynamite Creek.
