Stonegate real estate community photo The 500-acre master-planned community of Stonegate is located in Central Scottsdale, just east of Scottsdale Ranch and south of Shea Blvd. The beautiful lush community, with its palm tree-lined streets, consists of approximately 900 homes in 15 distinct neighborhoods. There are plenty of places to shop and dine around the Stonegate community, such as the Mercado Shopping Center. A short drive away are the many stores and restaurants at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarters, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall and Downtown Scottsdale.

Schools: Children attend the Scottsdale Unified School District schools of Laguna Elementary, Mountainside Middle School, and Desert Mountain High School.
