Located south of the 202 (San Tan Freeway) in Gilbert, the 55+ adult community of Trilogy at Power Ranch, a Shea Homes development, features 2,035 single family luxury homes.  With shopping and medical facilities close by, as well as a golf course and a center for higher learning, this gated community is worth a look.
